WHAT DOES “ALL THE WAY” MEAN AT THE T-ROOM?

Spend enough time at the T-Room and you’ll hear it.

“Two hots, all the way.”

“Cheesy, all the way.”

“Hamburger, all the way.”

Nobody stops to explain it. Nobody hands you an instruction manual. You’re just supposed to know.

If you don’t, that’s all right. We won’t tell anybody.

SO, WHAT IS “ALL THE WAY”?

At Texas Inn, ordering something “all the way” means getting it with the works: mustard, our famous relish, onions and Texas Inn chili.

No need to list everything individually. Just say those three little words:

ALL THE WAY.

It works on some of the things the T-Room is best known for, including our hot dogs, hamburgers and, of course, the Cheesy Western.

Simple. Efficient. Delicious.

And when there’s somebody behind you waiting to order, efficiency counts.

WAIT. WHAT’S A CHEESY WESTERN?

Now we’re asking the important questions.

The Cheesy Western is a Texas Inn original: a hamburger topped with a fried egg and cheese.

Order it all the way, and you add mustard, relish, onions and chili.

Yes, there’s an egg on your hamburger.

No, we’re not taking it off.

Okay, we will if you ask. But give it a chance first.

The Cheesy Western has been part of the T-Room experience for generations, and there’s a reason people who grew up eating them tend to start talking about them the minute somebody mentions Texas Inn.

If this is your first visit, start there.

HOW TO ORDER LIKE YOU’VE BEEN HERE BEFORE

You don't need to learn a secret handshake.

You don't need to memorize the menu before you walk through the door.

And you definitely don't need to practice your order in the parking lot.

Know what you want. Tell us how you want it. We'll take it from there.

Want the works?

All the way.

Don't like onions?

Say so.

Want a hot dog with chili but nothing else?

We can handle that, too.

The T-Room has been serving people long enough to know everybody has their own way of doing things.

We just happen to think our way is pretty good.

YOUR FIRST T-ROOM ORDER

If you've never been to Texas Inn, here's an easy place to start:

One Cheesy Western, all the way.

Maybe add a hot dog.

Maybe some fries.

Maybe breakfast.

Actually, this is getting out of hand.

The point is, don't let the lingo intimidate you. “All the way” is just T-Room shorthand for piling on the stuff that makes a hamburger, hot dog or Cheesy taste like it came from Texas Inn.

Mustard. Relish. Onions. Chili.

That's it.

Now you know.

Next time you walk into the T-Room, there’s only one question left:

What are ya havin’?
